Let’s kick of the new year with a treat! I’m going back to my old ways and making one cocktail on the spot. All of my ingredients will be chosen by the roll of the dice and my willingness to try anything once.

I’ll make a new cocktail, tell you how it is and with the help of the live chat decide what kind of adventure it belongs in.

This drink, chosen by chance: 2 oz Canadian whiskey, 2 oz roasted coconut water, ~8 oz ginger beer, 4 dashes of bitters. combine ingredients over ice in a rocks glass or copper mug. Stir to combine and chill.

This drink, chosen by chance: 1 oz Tequila, 3/4 oz Juice, 4 oz Fernet, Cherries. Muddle cherries with ingredients reserving vodka. Shake vigorously then serve with a float of vodka and liberal cherry garnish.
