While 2020 has certainly given us things to celebrate, there has always been room in holiday celebrations for a little extra something to get the party going and this year might mean that a little extra of that holiday spirit is called for. 2 oz spiced rum, 1 oz. Cointreau or triple sec, 1 oz. cinnamon simple syrup, 1 oz. fresh lime juice. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a candied citrus wheel.
