A game in the 5E DnD system, led by Rayne Bakcheious
"Your life as a sailor on The Salty Dog hasn’t been easy, but it’s not been without its good points. There’s been song and camaraderie and all the loot you can smuggle along with the hardships. But a sad day has dawned for your crew; your beloved Captain fell ill in your last port and died before you could get him to a good cleric.
His last request of the crew was just to bring his body home for burial on the family plot.
This gae will be great if you like Pirates of the Caribbean, The Mummy, ect...
Players should build level characters ahead.
D&D 5E | Level 5
Use point-buy or standard array for stat generation.
Any officially published content for classes, feats, ancestries, etc is fine. Permanent flying features excluded.
Assume that as adventures you’ve been able to purchase any armor, standard weapon, or standard adventuring equipment worth no more than 150gp a piece.
For spellcasters: assume that you have the material components needed to cast the spells you’ve chosen.

If you have any backstory notes, please feel free to let me know. Please send me a copy of (or link to) your character sheet at least 2 days before we play.
Please make a character who is working on a smuggler’s ship and let me know what your role on the ship will be. This will be first-come, but I won’t consider your choice official until you’ve sent in your character sheet. If none of these roles sound good to you, please reach out.
