While you may not ascribe intrinsic value to the "paper" that humans call money, it's certainly useful for getting things you want from them. And a local human happens to be selling off their junkyard full of valuable garbage for a fee that only an illegal street racing raccoon could hope to afford.

This game will be great if you like Wacky Races, animals acting like people, making Los Angeles even more dangerous for pedestrians, and general lighthearted chaos
